MP Chamara Sampath will not be allowed to attend Parliament sessions today (May 20 2026), Serjeant-at-Arms Kushan Jayarane said.

“An MP cannot enter or remain in the Parliament premises once the Speaker gives orders for a removal of an MP from the chambers as per Standing Orders,” he told journalists.
