A soldier attached to the Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF) has died by suicide in Fonseka place in Bambalapitiya earlier today (4), the police said.

The deceased is identified as a 38-year-old sergeant attached to the SLAF and a resident of Abeypura area in Trincomalee

Bambalapitiya Police are conducting further investigations into the incident
