30-day countdown to Winter Olympics launched in Colombo
The Chinese Embassy and the Minister of Sport – Namal Rajapakse yesterday (05) launched a 30-day countdown to the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.
Addressing the gathering, the Chinese ambassador in Sri Lanka – Qi Zhenhong, had stated that Olympics is a stage for athletes of all countries to leap over the boundaries of countries, civilizations, races, and religions, to compete and realize breakthroughs together.
