– Sri Lankan racing driver Dilantha Malagamuwa has denied allegations linking him to an alleged land fraud involving a property at Barnes Place, Colombo 7, saying the accusations against him are false and baseless.

The CID told court that preliminary investigations indicated that three individuals had allegedly shared money from the transaction, while Malagamuwa had allegedly received 14 luxury vehicles instead of cash. The allegations have not been established in court. The CID had sought overseas travel bans on Malagamuwa and three others.
