All schools to function as normal from Monday
The Ministry of Education states that all government and government-approved schools will function normally, from 7.30 am to 1.30 pm on all five days of the week from next Monday (15).
It is also stated that instructions have been issued to all the provincial authorities to prepare suitable transport programs for principals, teachers and students in areas with transportation difficulties.
The Ministry of Education points out that the principals should provide appropriate relief for the teachers and students who are further affected by the transportation difficulties, and the provincial education directors have informed the principals about the methods to provide those reliefs.
