11 school children hospitalized over complications after injection
11 school children from the Mihintale area have been admitted to the Anuradhapura Teaching Hospital after developing complications after being administered an injection.
According to reports, the children, aged between 06 – 13 years, had sought treatment for phlegm-related illnesses from the Mihintale hospital yesterday (July 14).
An investigation has been launched into the incident by the North Central Provincial Director of Health Services.
