The three-member Permanent High Court at Bar in Colombo has decided to deliver its verdict on 22 September in the case against 25 accused persons charged with conspiring to carry out and aiding and abetting the Easter Sunday terrorist attacks.The defendants in the case, which has been filed under more than 23,000 charges, including conspiracy in connection with the Easter Sunday terrorist attacks, began presenting their defence before the three-member Colombo High Court bench on the 17th.

The proceedings were heard before a three-member High Court bench comprising Justices Navaratne Marasinghe, Ramanathan Kannan and Sujeewa Nishshanka.
