ITAK could have approved 22A if it was part of new Constitution

– The Ilankai Tamil Arasu Katchchi (ITAK) could have voted for the 22 Amendment to the Constitution if it had been brought as a part of a new Constitution, MP Shanakiyan Rasamanickam told Parliament today. MP Rasamanickam said his party will vote against the legislation as it is not a part of a whole new Constitution.
