The Tyre Importers Association has said that they hope to reduce the price of imported tyres by 15% after receiving new stocks within the next three months.

President of the association – Mr. Sunila Fonseka says that despite the appreciation of the Sri Lankan rupee, prices cannot be reduced any more than 5% as vendors are currently having old stocks.
