The pilot project to provide visa free entry to nationals of several countries will be extended until April 30, Tourism Minister – Harin Fernando says.

In a X message, he has said that a final decision will be taken during the next few weeks of the pilot project.

The pilot program which provided visa free entry to nationals of China, India, Indonesia, Russia, Thailand, Malaysia, and Japan was to end on March 31, 2024.
