RUPEES FORTY MILLION WORTH OF CLOTHING TO FLOOD EFFECTED BY ‘VANTAGE’

Vantage donates over Rs. 40 million worth of clothing to flood-affected Sri Lankan

Vantage has contributed clothing valued at over Rs. 40 million to support Sri Lankans affected by recent floods and landslides across the country.

As part of its relief and recovery efforts, Vantage partnered with established humanitarian organization’s to ensure the donations reach affected communities without delay. Clothing worth more than Rs. 20 million was donated to the Manusath Derana–Dialog flood relief program, while over Rs. 10 million worth of clothing was provided to the Sarvodaya Shramadana Movement. Both organizations are actively engaged in relief operations in flood- and landslide-hit areas.

In addition to these partnerships, Vantage distributed clothing directly to affected families in Gampola and Gelioya, two areas that were severely impacted by the disasters, to support immediate relief needs.Commenting on the initiative, Vantage said communities must come together during times of crisis and reaffirmed its commitment to supporting Sri Lankans as recovery efforts continue, including assisting its employees and affected families.Vantage said the initiative reflects its commitment to rebuilding communities by providing timely assistance, dignity and comfort to those impacted during a period of hardship.
