Police say assets worth Rs 6 billion belonging to organized criminals and drug traffickers have been seized since September 2024.

The seizures relate to 113 investigations. Of these, assets worth Rs 5.423 billion belong to 102 drug traffickers and organized criminals, police said.The value of the assets seized from just three organized criminals amounts to Rs 209 million.Police also said assets worth Rs 367 million belonging to eight suspects linked to pyramid schemes, child abuse, explosives and various frauds had been seized.
