Circular issued to enforce timely annual transfers of Combined Services of Officers
The Ministry of Public Administration, Provincial Councils and Local Government (MPA) has issued a circular directing all institutions to implement annual transfer decisions of Combined Services officers without delay.The directive, issued with approval of the Public Service Commission (PSC), states that transfer orders cannot be withheld, amended, or postponed once finalized.
It says appeals must be made through the prescribed
