Sri Lanka will heed request to replace crew of Iranian ship within Sri Lankan waters: Deputy Minister
– Sri Lanka will heed the request by the Iranian government to replace three members of the crew which is in Sri Lankan waters and will deal with it through diplomatic and defense channels, Deputy Minister Arun Hemachandra told Parliament today.
The Deputy Minister made this remark in response to a request by Opposition MP Rauff Hakeem who urged the government to allow the replacement of three members of the crew of the Iranian ship.
