Secretary of the Electricity Consumers’ Association, Sanjeewa Dhammika and Trade Unionist, Ananda Palitha arrested by the Colpetty police.

Police said that the two individuals were arrested over threats levelled at Public Utilities Commission members Mohan Samaranayake and Udeni Wickramasinghe.
