Applicants who submitted their online applications for Police Clearance Certificates on Aug. 20, are urged to re-submit new applications.According to the Police Media Division, the computerized clearance data system became inactive at 12:50 pm on Aug. 20, affecting applications submitted on that day.The system has since been restored, and applications can now be submitted online as usual.

Therefore, those who submitted their applications on that day are urged to apply again.

The Rs. 5,100 fee paid for the previous application will be refunded to the credit card used by the applicant for the payment, according to the Police Media Division.
