– The outgoing Indian Deputy High Commissioner to Sri Lanka, Dr. Satyanjal Pandey, paid a farewell call on Sri Lanka’s Defense Secretary, Air Vice Marshal Sampath Thuyacontha, at the Ministry of Defense today.

During the meeting, the Defense Secretary and Dr. Pandey exchanged views on the longstanding and friendly relations between Sri Lanka and India. The discussion highlighted the strong bilateral partnership and continued cooperation between the two neighbouring countries.The Defense Secretary expressed appreciation for Dr. Pandey’s contributions toward strengthening Sri Lanka–India relations during his tenure in Sri Lanka. He also extended his best wishes to the outgoing diplomat for success in his future endeavours.
