Intruders wreak havoc inside Bandarawela Divisional Secretariat
A group of intruders have entered the Bandarawela Divisional Secretariat and vandalized document files, reports say.According to the police, the incident had taken place last night, and document files in all three floors of the office had been pulled out and vandalized.
