ICC’s Khwaja and Devajit meet President

Representatives of the International Cricket Council (ICC), who are currently visiting the island, met President Anura Kumara Dissanayake in Colombo today (17).
ICC Deputy Chairman Imran Khwaja and Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) Secretary Devajit Saikia were among those who met the President.
Media reports had earlier stated that the officials had arrived in Sri Lanka to seek information regarding the recent appointment of a nine-member interim committee headed by Eran Wickramaratne to oversee the administration of Sri Lanka Cricket, appointed by Sports Minister Sunil Kumara Gamage.
Meanwhile, it is also reported that the visiting ICC representatives are scheduled to meet the Sri Lanka Cricket interim committee tomorrow.
