The Department of Examinations has said that results of the 2025 G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) Examination are expected to be released by the end of this week.State owned ‘Dinamina’ cites the Commissioner General of Examinations – Indika Liyanage as saying that the evaluation of answer scripts is complete, and other final procedures for releasing the results are underway.The 2025 G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination was conducted from Feb. 17 – 26, 2026, at 3,545 examination centres island-wide.A total of 451,463 candidates sat for the examination this year, including 382,249 school candidates and 69,214 private applicants.
