The decision on a request to obtain a report after producing former State Intelligence Service Chief Suresh Sallay before a board of medical specialists, is to be made on June 10.

The Colombo Fort Magistrate’s Court made the decision today (June 04) after considering a motion filed on behalf of Suresh Sallay.

The Attorney General had called on the judiciary to order the Director General of Health Services to produce Sallay before a board of medical specialists and obtain a report.
